We understand that dental care can become expensive quickly. Often times a problem that is discovered is not budgeted for. For this reason, we strive to be in network (PPO providers) for most major insurance plans (see below). No insurance? Not to worry. Please contact us to discuss what options that are available for you. We are in network for the following PPO plans:

*Some plans are unique and may offer partial in-network benefits. Please contact your employer’s HR department for more details.
** As of May 1, 2024 we will become a Delta Dental Premier (only) provider.
What does this mean to you? Perhaps nothing. Most of our patients have a PPO/Premier option plan. Your claims will be processed under the Premier fee schedule.
However, there may be a small percentage of our patients with a Delta Dental PPO only plan. In this case, you will be able to continue your dental care with us but depending on your plan or group, your out-of-pocket responsibility may be slightly higher.
